Location:

Panoramic position at 500 metres from the lake.

Cancellation:

To confirm the reservation we require a non refundable deposit of the 30% of the total booking amount;
Any cancellation made from 60 to 30 days before arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount;
For cancellations made in the last 30 days before arrival or no shows the total booking amount will be applied;
Departures earlier than foresee will be charged at 100% of the remaining booking amount;

Notes:

Stay from Saturday to Saturday;
For a shorter stay the prices will be provided on request;
Arrival from 02:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
Departure before 10.00 a.m. (late check-out Eur 30,00) ;
The access road to the farmhouse through the historic centre of Morgnaga is 2,40 m wide for a distance of approximately 100 meters
